As both a designer and a developer, I excel as a specialized generalist. By bringing creative and technical expertise together, I help create solid, complete, and well thought-out solutions.

I enjoy providing value in many diverse areas including: website and CMS development, ui/ux, website design, website optimization, usability, standards and compliance, SEO integration, maintenance, and customer support.

Working with local regional companies to large international Fortune 500 companies, I actively participate in the implementation of a wide array of projects including CMS migrations and implementations, social networking initiatives, database driven websites and web applications.
How do I bring value?
With over 15 years of professional service, I bring a depth of experience developing and implementing over 130 websites/web applications. I am a currently a certified Microsoft Specialist in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, a certified Ektron (now EpiServer) CMS Developer, and have experience in other content management systems including Umbraco and CrownPeak.

Goal

Highlights
- Company owner was not completely satisfied with the third party artwork so I redesigned many areas of the site on-the-fly. Elements redesigned included: site header, top mega menu, homepage image rotator, side bar news area, a revised thick footer, the gray call to action homepage bar, and the site search box.
- Redesigned most of the CSS/HTML templates to fit a grid based layout and resized the entire design down to fit on 1024 screen resolution.

Highlights
- Customer was not completely satisfied with the third party artwork so I redesigned the visual layout and site colors yet kept all functional areas intact. Elements redesigned included: site background, the large section heading pages, the top list based menu, the main site menu, and expanded the site content styles for what UCWV would need as they populated the site.
- Designed the left vertical expanding/collapsing interior menu. Integrated a custom stylesheet into CMS powered AJAX menu system.
